1:1 ART THERAPY/
I use a combination of Art Therapy and Counselling Interventions to support people of all ages to work through challenges they might be experiencing in life such as stress, burn out, mental ill health, grief and loss, trauma, addiction, etc.
My way of working is holistic, person-centred, strengths based and recovery-oriented.
Sessions are offered online via Zoom and a limited mobile service for people living in Melbourne.
