My name is Rose Sommerhalder and I am a qualified Art Therapist and Social Worker. I have been working as an art therapist since 2015, offering 1:1 and group art therapy in a variety of settings including young and older people with disability (intellectual, physical, sensory, psychosocial, etc), mental health, aged care and in  community venues such as neighbourhood houses.

I have been working as a social worker since 2011 in community health in a number of settings including victims of crime, mental health and NDIS services.

I have been making art for as long as I could hold a pencil. I love to paint, draw, collage as well as crafting like crochet, knitting, basket weaving, etc 

I am very passionate about creativity and the benefits it has on our emotional, mental, social, physical and spiritual health and love the share this with others.

I offer 1:1 and group sessions online to people anywhere in the world.
I am based in North East Suburbs of Melbourne and can provide some outreach 1:1 and group sessions.
